Join us at KOSA inside Ace Hotel Kyoto for a one-night-only celebration of the season.
On July 11, we’re partnering with renowned natural sake brewery Terada Honke — known for their collaborations with NOMA Kyoto — for an intimate six-course dinner.
KOSA’s ingredient-driven menu will showcase the purity of summer’s bounty, each dish thoughtfully paired with Terada Honke’s handcrafted sake. Brewed using wild microorganisms native to their kura and rice grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, these natural sakes reflect centuries of tradition and care.
Come experience the harmony of mindful cuisine and sake rooted in nature.
