Every last Sunday of the month, we’re turning Fenix into a haven of body, mind, and soul nourishment and mindfulness. Join us in our sun-drenched event space as we team up with Hobnob, Glyfada’s go-to studio for wellness, to bring you a unique experience of relaxation, restoration and awakening. A chance to breathe with intention in a space that celebrates connection, community, and those small moments of magic that shift everything. The sound healing session is led by Tatiana Balasi.
Meet your Sound Healer
Tatiana Balasi (MSc Psychology), is a psychologist, body-oriented therapist, and wellness programs & retreats creator. Over the last 6 years, Tatiana has led group programs and private practice in Greece and internationally. She helps individuals experience integrating somatic therapy, movement, and sound-based practices. She also conducts research on the psychosomatic effects of wellness practices, presented at the 10th World Congress for Psychotherapy.
