Ace Hotel Toronto is partnering with We Are The Medium to celebrate Arab culture with a special bookshelf pop-up in our lobby. Curated and filled with books by Maktaba Bookshop, the permanent shelf will spotlight diverse voices, stories, and ideas—creating an open library for our community and guests to explore. Join us for the launch event on April 4 at 5PM, with a DJ set by NARCY.

Comprised of (mostly) short books that a traveller can read and finish during a trip, this booklist covers a wide range of genres from memoir, fiction, short stories, poetry, children’s books, even including a photobook and a cookbook.
